The Service is an independent user interface layering UX enhancements over existing open‑source downloading utilities (e.g. yt-dlp).

No media is hosted, mirrored or stored permanently on our infrastructure beyond transient, user‑initiated processing artifacts with short‑lived access URLs.

You are solely responsible for (i) selecting source URLs, (ii) ensuring you possess all necessary rights, licenses or permissions to download, transform, store or re‑use any content, and (iii) complying with all applicable laws and platform / publisher Terms of Service.

If a platform prohibits downloading or technical circumvention, you must not use the Service to do so.

The Service is provided strictly for lawful personal, educational, archival or fair‑use purposes where permitted.

You must not employ the Service for infringement, unauthorized redistribution, commercial exploitation of protected works, harassment, defamation, privacy invasion or any other unlawful activity.

You agree not to (a) automate large‑scale extraction that burdens third‑party services, (b) attempt to bypass technical protections, (c) introduce malware, denial‑of‑service scripts or exploit payloads, or (d) misrepresent the origin of downloaded files.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied— including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, accuracy, availability, continuity, security or that results will be error‑free.

We do not guarantee compatibility with every source platform, format combination, codec, region, network environment or future API change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, goodwill erosion, device damage or legal claims arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility.

Aggregate direct liability shall not exceed the greater of (i) USD $10 or (ii) the total amount you paid for optional donations / sponsorships in the preceding 3 months, if any.

Functionality depends on external open‑source projects and upstream platform structures outside our control. Those components are governed by their respective licenses and may change, break or be withdrawn at any time.

Processing artifacts (converted media files) are retained only for a short validity window to enable your immediate download then purged automatically.

We do not permanently archive your downloaded media. You are responsible for safe local storage and any subsequent retention policies.

Features may evolve, be rate‑limited or discontinued without liability. We may introduce usage caps, queueing or prioritization to preserve stability.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Service operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Governing law and venue shall be determined by the operator’s principal establishment jurisdiction, excluding conflict‑of‑law rules.
